黑龙江省国有林区人才流动频率的调查分析
Investigation and Analysis on Frequency of Talent Flow in State-Owned Forestry Areas of Heilongjiang Province

摘要(Abstract):

通过问卷调查获得了黑龙江省国有林区人才流动频率的数据,采用交叉分析和差异分析的方法,分析了人才的个性特征和外部特征对人才流动频率的影响。结果表明:国有林区人才的流动频率在人才个性特征和外部特征上均有显著差异,即不同性别、年龄、学历、工龄、职业、职称和地区的人才,其流动频率有很大的差别。
Data about frequency of talent flow in state-owned forestry areas of Heilongjiang province is acquired by questionnaire survey.The effects on frequency of talent flow by talent's personality characteristics and external characteristics are analyzed by the method of cross analysis and difference analysis.The results shows that there are significant difference on talent's personality characteristics and external characteristics of frequency of talent flow in state-owned forestry areas,namely for talents with different sex,age,education background,working age,occupation,professional title and from different region,the flow frequencies have great difference.
